Manufacturing

Manufacturing:-

The idea of establishing the factory involves three stages:

  1. Establishing a unit for processing food salt, conducting grinding, drying, and packaging operations with high-quality specifications.
  2. Packaging the product in plastic containers with an appealing appearance to gain consumer acceptance.
  3. Distributing the products through sales representatives and distribution outlets.

Establishing a factory for refined table salt with an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons to target both the local and global markets with refined table salt for human consumption, as well as refined salt for animal and plant consumption. Additionally, the project will focus on developing units for producing salt tablets, alongside efforts to create a vacuum salt production unit          (high-purity evaporated salt).

The initial production capacity is 5,000 tons per year, serving as a nucleus for establishing a factory for chemical and petrochemical production. This will necessitate certain facilities for the company, such as water, electricity, natural gas, communication, and drainage. Additionally, road paving will be necessary to facilitate access. If the company cannot provide some of these facilities, it will contribute to their implementation, believing in fostering mutual cooperation and regional development to attract further future investments.

As a result, Al Ain Shipping Company has contracted with a foreign company to purchase and import a factory for the production of table salt, processed salt, and all its variations. The company has taken the necessary steps and procedures for this. The factory will be established in the East Tafreah area within the Al Ain Navigation Zone, which falls under the jurisdiction of the Economic Zone of the Suez Canal region.

Below is a detailed presentation of the technical components of the factory and manufacturing specifications:-

The technical standards in the factory and product quality adhere to the Egyptian, European, and international standards.
